Refund Policy
Full Refund
A full refund, minus the setup cost, is available if requested before the onboarding call or within 7 days of payment, whichever comes first.
Partial Refund
After the onboarding call or 7 days (whichever comes first), Carely offers a partial refund. This refund will be calculated by deducting the cost of services already rendered from the total amount paid and factoring in the remaining contract term.
Set up Cost
Setup costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes initial configuration and onboarding fees.
Early Termination Penalty
If the membership is terminated by the client before the end of the agreed tenure, a penalty equivalent to 20% of the total membership cost will be deducted from the refund amount. This penalty reflects the commitment made to both Carely and therapists to secure their services and maintain the agreed rates.
Termination
Carely reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to the service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms of Use.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client
The Client may terminate this Agreement with 7 days' written notice to contact@thecarely.com.
Cancellation by Carely
Carely may terminate the Agreement with 7 days' notice, or immediately if the Client breaches the Agreement.
Settlement
All outstanding fees must be paid within 15 days of termination.
