This policy governs the terms for terminating services and receiving refunds for Subscription Plans purchased from Carely.

The Setup Fee covers therapist matching, initial configuration, and onboarding support. Post-24 hours of payment or after the onboarding form is filled, the Setup Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds are typically processed and initiated by the Carely team within 10–15 business days from the date the refund request is confirmed.
Note: Your bank or financial institution may take additional time (typically 3–7 business days) to credit the amount to your account after we initiate the refund.
